In March 2009, The Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform (BERR) hosted a strategy meeting at 10 Downing Street prior to the G20 Summit held in London.

For the meeting they required 50 x CS002 Conference Folders with a white print of the G20 logo on the front, along with pads and pens.

The request came through 4 working days before the meeting was to be held and Print Services from Porter and Woodman was the only supplier capable of fulfiling the requirement in the allotted time.

The packs were delivered in good time and at a high enough quality to please all the Government Officials who attended the meeting.

The meeting's organiser commented: "We had different mock-ups sent over from 3 other suppliers and the Print Services version was by far the best. Thanks again for the fast pace of turnaround."
