Jonathan Lee advised aspiring engineers that differentiating themselves is crucial when he took part in a live Q&A session on the guardian.co.uk. Job seekers had the opportunity to tap into Jonathan’s industry expertise when the Company Chairman was part of an online expert panel, which also included representatives of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), BAE Systems and the Energy Institute.
The Q&A was open to current engineers and anybody interested in a career in engineering. Questions covered areas such as finding a first job, work experience and deciding on an engineering course or qualification.
